Licensed Product
As Senior Designer and Product Development Manager at Warner Bros. Consumer Products, I had the privilege of spearheading the creation and execution of a wide array of entertainment-licensed products across diverse categories and demographics. Leveraging Warner Bros.' iconic IP portfolio, I successfully collaborated with top-tier designers to bring unique, market-leading products to life.
One of my standout achievements was the creation of the Scooby-Doo Croc, which capitalized on the "big face" trend, resulting in an instant fan favorite. I also reimagined Warner Bros.' beloved characters through Pop Art-inspired designs, while introducing a fresh, innovative “Puppy Scooby-Doo” plush toy, effectively capturing the underserved baby and toddler market.
In addition, I designed and directed the highly successful "WB's Monthly On-Trend Graphics" program, offering our business partners cutting-edge design solutions that aligned with evolving market trends. One of the most rewarding experiences was working with the Harry Potter brand. I designed and merchandised a bespoke Junior’s fashion collection, blending the rich heraldry and magical essence of this legendary franchise, which continues to transcend generations and markets through its storytelling.
At MJC International Group, I drove the growth of the sleepwear and loungewear category, designing top-performing onesies and sleepwear collections that resonated strongly with consumers.
My ability to pitch and execute licensed properties is evidenced by my successful acquisition of the Hello Kitty and Star Wars licenses, which collectively resulted in over $50M in retail sales—a testament to my strategic vision and deep understanding of brand storytelling and consumer demand.
